I am a part of Greeley News Today (GNT) which is the winner of 4 Broadcasting Alliance for Senior High awards (BASH). One of the four awards was given for my segment, Sydney’s Spotlight!

This episode of Sydney’s Spotlight was especially close to my heart because i was able to combine the two things i love, Journalism and Theater. It was Incredible to use my platform to both discuss and promote a show that i had worked so hard on.

I had the honor of getting to interview former President Bill Clinton this past year during the Chappaqua Memorial day parade, and was able to speak to him about the significance of this day and how to continue Honoring those who served our country.

During mu junior year of high school, i joined the news casting program at my school, Greeley News Today and went on the win awards, and get to interview members from eyewitness news as well as Bill Clinton.
